Ohio Steel Warranty Information

LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR OR (2) YEAR WARRANTY as specified in the owner’s manual of each product.

For one year from the date of purchase, Ohio Steel will repair any defect in material or workmanship in this product at no charge. Proof of purchase must accompany all claims.

This warranty does not cover:

• Repairs necessary because of operator abuse or negligence
• Wearable parts as detailed in the owner’s manual of each product
• Equipment use for commercial or rental purposes

Warranty service is available by contacting Ohio Steel Industries. This warranty applies only while this product is in use in the United States.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary, from state to state.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. A full refund in the form of a credit to your credit card from yardandgardendirect.com will be issued upon receipt and inspection, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. You the buyer are responsible for shipping charges back to yardandgardendirect.com. A Credit will not be issued for product received by yardandgardendirect.com that is damaged or used. We are unable to process exchanges at this time, but you may visit our website and place a new order.
